The Town of Winchester is issuing a snow emergency starting Tuesday, February 13 at 01:00 a.m. The emergency will continue through the day Tuesday until 06:00 p.m. During these hours, it is advised not to travel. If possible, all parked vehicles are to be off the street on private property to allow for snow removal. Any vehicle unable to be placed on private property can be parked at the town hall Jenk center parking lot or the Abidona Drive parking lot for the duration of the storm. Any vehicle not removed from the roadway during the emergency will be subject to ticket, tow or both. Snow accumulations are predicted to be up to a foot of snow. For emergencies, dial 911 or contact the Winchester Police Department at 781-729-1212 for snow removal issues, please contact the Winchester Department of Public Works at 781-721-7106 to report Verizon service related issues. I thought I liked it at first. But soooooo many calls get through! The other day it was 3 in one hour. Why is that??????And almost never get the single ring that signifies a blocked call.

Nomorobo is AWESOME!!!Most people go to work outside the home, so they're not aware of how many calls are coming into their home during the day, unless the caller leaves a voicemail or the person proactively reviews their caller ID log. As for me, I work from home, so I hear our phone ring, and always screen the calls by looking at the caller ID. With this last political campaign, we were receiving a MINIMUM of 4 calls a day from various political groups, and that's on top of the usual telemarketing calls that we get. Some days our phone was ringing every hour, and all were junk calls. We were seriously considering cancelling our landline phone service, the same number we've had for 30 years, just to eliminate this insanity.Once I found Nomorobo, and started aggressively logging in the phone numbers, our phone eventually silenced, and was virtually silent through the several remaining weeks of the political campaign, where the calls would have been even worse. Nomorobo has been such a relief!!! Thank you Nomorobo team!

I'm still getting tons of robo calls. I wish we didn't have to report them individually.. I get so many it's a full time job. I wish we could log in where you have all of our contact info and just list the robo calls we get. I appreciate your efforts but I still have a problem. Some calls just ring once and then nothing. But one ring is still interrupting whatever I'm doing to run look at the caller ID.
