Through casework, we were able to replace ██ service medals for a ████ army veteran who lost his medals while moving years ago. And a constituent who was a recent cancer survivor contacted our office requesting assistance with her retirement and insurance. She was a federal employee whose insurance was incorrectly terminated while her insurance package was held up and during this time she was rediagnosed, unfortunately with cancer and could not be treated due to not having valid insurance. Through working with hhs, we were able to get her insurance reinstated and her retirement package approved.
