Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

I think it is fantastic and it has quietened the phone calls almost to nothing even during the election. Congratulations on a great tool for stopping mid-meal, mid-viewing extremely annoying robocalls. Combined with my 'no call" list peace reigns !! Love it. I use Vonage which supports Simulcall allowing me to make use of it. Would like to know how to report number to Nomorobo for possible inclusion. Currently I just add them to my CallBlockList on my phone.

Very pleased! When we hear the phone ring only once, we know it's working. There are, however, many robo callers who get by. When we answer the phone after two rings, there is a silence indicating that the system is connecting to a phone center. We hang up immediately and can't report the call, because their number doesn't appear.

It works great! But now the scammers are using cell phones that are not robo! They keep finding a way around soliciting! Still you guys are great with one ring a done!!! Thank You!

Terrific idea and very good execution. Slight improvements may be desirable, like increasing the speed of detection of calls to block. This may prevent the telephone ringing once before the call is blocked. Anyhow I am grateful for this service.

Nomorobo is an excellent service and worthy of our Editors' Choice award.
It's a problem that gets worse every year...but a new website promises to change all that.
