- Transcript This is an important notice from the Federal Trade Commission. We were notified by the Federal Reserve bank about your unclaimed winnings at the Publishers Clearinghouse Lottery giveaways, which is a total of $5,500,000 and a set for life, which is value for $7,000 weekly for life and also a new Mercedes Benz. This check is two months old and needs to be claimed so that it may be either delivered or renewed because of state charges. The sweepstakes company reported that they have contacted you with mail and phone call without a response, which we investigated and found out that it was factual. However, if the check is to be canceled, the money will be returned to the company's account and not to you, the lucky winner of the grand prize. Hence, that's why we implore you to contact us immediately. Please get a notepad and a pen. Await your claiming code and the number to the Publisher's Clearinghouse. You have a few seconds to get ready to write. Three, two, one. OK, let's go. Your claims code is 449858. Once again, 449858. This is a certified prize that is approved by the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition. For more information on how to claim your sweepstakes prize, please call the Publisher's Clearing House executive office at 516-981-4349. Once again, that number is 516-981-4349. They are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
