This service has been a godsend since I signed up last February. I had been getting up to 8 robocalls a day and it is now obvious that most of them who had been trying to get thru using multiple numbers, different caller ID's, and sequential calls have given up. I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments

Great invention - this has drastically cut down on my calls even though some idiots keep trying and get cut off on the first ring - definitely makes life more peaceful. When it comes for the cell phone will sign up for that too.
