Hi, this is your Congressman ███████████████. I'm currently conducting a live toll free telephone Hallowell meeting to discuss my bipartisan work to lower healthcare and prescription drug costs, to protect Social Security and Medicare, to help cut your taxes and utility bills, and to support our cops and firefighters and other actions I'm taking to make life more affordable for Jersey families. To join the conversation and learn more, please stay on the line. You'll be automatically connected to my live telephone town hall meeting. Again, this is your Congressman ███████████████. Welcome to our telephone town hall meeting, which is now in progress. If you prefer not to receive this message in the future, you can push the number 9 on your keypad now. Or if you have any other further questions, you can call me at my office at ████████████ or visit my website at ████████████████████ thanks so much and God bless. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. This Access Live event is currently in progress. Please note that this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. Real thing we have. Our senior centers are full every day because in some cases that's the only nourishable meal that those seniors are able to get is when they come to our senior centers. They're loaded. I invite anyone to come down and take a look for themselves. But, you know, it's one of the proud things that we're able to do for our seniors. They should be able to age in place, they should be able to stay in the homes that they raised their families in. You know, with all their memories. They should not be priced out of their homes. And we need to just do a better job making sure that they could stay there. That's totally right, █████. Commissioner, tonally, that's totally the housing. And thank you for what you said about our work, but we do it together. The housing piece is the cost of housing is killing people. And veterans who I do a lot of work for, and seniors in general, they call me all the time and they're like, I can't afford to live in █████████████. I'm getting killed. The taxes are killing me. But more, I can't get into a house. I can't find affordable stuff. I know in the counties, actually, you've been building stuff and pushing for stuff to be built, more affordable housing. And our communities like ████████ and █████ has done this in ██████████. It's brutal, the situation, and I'm going to get to █████ in a second. But it is a brutal situation. These costs. We've got to do everything we can, and we're doing it. We just passed this legislation here in ██████████ to make housing more affordable. A big housing bill to get more housing built and to make sure the bureaucracy, the red tape doesn't get in the way. We did this by working in Democrats and Republicans together, which I really, you know, I helped start this group called the Problem Solvers Caucus. Very involved in. How do we actually get legislation done to make life more affordable for people. And the housing piece has been a huge issue I do have. ███████, I want to start to get to a couple of these questions here. ███████, you had a question. Hi, ███████. Yes. Thank you so much. I'm ███████ from Wanna Q&I wanna just say that I admire you so much as a moderate Republican. I see you all the time on tv. I know that you're fighting for all of us. The reason I was calling because I know you're in a problem solver's caucus, I believe, with like, people like ███████████ and █████ and these people. So I'm ██. I've lived in ███████ my whole life with my husband. And we want to pay our fair share, my Obamacare premiums. The cliff is ██. 6. So you say, well, oh, you make ██, you're so rich. No. $███████ a month. And my taxes on my house that I'm trying to sell are ██ in wanna. And I'm moving to the wanna reserve. We bought a condo. On the condo, the taxes are $██
