It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.

I am so happy I found out about Nomorobo when we started our business. We were getting robocalls on the busy customer service phone line multiple times a day. This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while.
