Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. Good evening, this is Senator ██████████████ and I want to welcome you to tonight's telephone town hall. This is the 22nd one of these I've done since becoming your United States Senator and it's our sixth telephone town hall in ████. So first of all, thanks for joining me. I hope we can have a great conversation. I was elected to represent every Pennsylvanian and so I want to hear directly from you about your questions or concerns regarding what's happening in ██████████. I'll speak for about ██ minutes and then open it up for questions for another ██ or ██ minutes. First, let me tell you what an honor it is to serve you as in our great Commonwealth. I'm the 54th senator elected in Pennsylvania's history and I'm only the ninth senator in America's history who's a one point graduation. I currently serve on five committees. Foreign Relations, Energy and Natural Resources, Banking, the Committee on Aging and the Joint Economic Task Force. And I'm on these committees specifically to try to advance Pennsylvania's agenda. Last year was my first year in the Senate and as I concluded that year I wrote an annual update, a report that kind of gave a grade on the things we had promised, the things we did, the things we didn't do as well. It's a candid evaluation, so if you'd like to look at that, I'd encourage you to do so. It's at ███. My website, ████████████████████████. but that's a report card that both evaluates how we did, but also kind of lays out the future in terms of where I think the priorities are. As a, as a candidate, I promised to champion ██ priorities on day one in the Senate and deliver consequential changes. So some of the things that have happened, I voted for the Working Families Tax Cut Act. This was big legislation that had a bunch of key priorities included in it. It included major new tax cuts and programs designed to put money in the pockets of working families. It had an expanded child care tax credit and child tax credit. You know, a lot of families are struggling to have children and this was meant to help it. It eliminated tax on tips and overtime and Social Security for ██% of the recipients of Social Security. It established these thousand dollar trump accounts, which is an incredible way to help young Americans build wealth over time. If you just added to that a little bit every year, that would be a full retirement by the time someone's ██. It also included a new school tax credit. I've been a big school choice person and I co sponsored that bill and that got included. And this allows people to essentially you have a seventeen hundred dollar tax credit which can then be donated to school choice and doesn't take a single penny out of the existing public education system. You know, the results are starting to show up. The average tax fund was nearly ██% on average improvement for every single American on average. So $███████ per person. More than ██ million taxpayers claimed the no tax on overtime tip. Nearly 6 million no tax on tips and ██ million taxpayers claim the noise.
