He is a white male, blonde hair, blue eyes, about four and a half feet tall, 90 pounds, wearing an unknown color shirt, pink and white striped shorts and no shoes. He was Last seen near 424 West Savannah Drive in Nampa today around 4:20pm we need your help. Please check your yard, complex and vehicle. Please walk around your community and look to see if you have any sightings of this missing 5 year old child named Parker Proud.
