Due to the forecast of extreme weather conditions for ██████████████████████, the Town of Walcol has made the difficult decision to cancel the fireworks event scheduled to take place at the Town of Walcol Golf Course. This decision was not made lightly. The safety of our residents, visitors, volunteers and staff is our highest priority and the anticipated weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed with the event at this time. No alternate date has been scheduled. We will be meeting with our fireworks vendor and event planning team to explore the possibility of rescheduling the celebration. These discussions will take time and we appreciate your patience as we evaluate your options. We understand this news is disappointing and we share in that disappointment.
