I absolutely love it. It's still annoying to get one ring, but it's so much better than having to get up to answer it. I didn't have any trouble setting it up, but some might be intimidated by the multiple steps.

I love it! I don't have to stop what I'm doing or get up from my chair when eating. This is fabulous and I just sent around your email to friends and family. If they are as smart as I think they are they will be signing up shortly.

Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

I think it is fantastic and it has quietened the phone calls almost to nothing even during the election. Congratulations on a great tool for stopping mid-meal, mid-viewing extremely annoying robocalls. Combined with my 'no call" list peace reigns !! Its a wonderful tool to keep telemarketers and nuisance callers from bothering us at home, especially us older folks who have the inconvenience of getting up to pick up the phone unnecessarily. Keep it up!!!

This has been one of the greatest services yet. You have stopped so many calls. Now I'm just hoping that you will be able to stop those really irritating political calls! (I know you are working on that happening.)
