They do an outstanding job in ████ but also here in the District. This legislation again, the Give Kids a Chance Act. The legislation helps accelerate treatments and clinical research for children battling pediatric cancer and rare diseases. No parent should ever be told simply wait while their child's condition worsens. This law will help bring hope to families facing unimaginable challenges. So there's hope there because this legislation passed. Additionally, legislation I'm working on to empower parents with stronger tools to keep their children safe online recently passed out of committee and it's expected to receive a vote on the full House floor this month. Protecting children from online predators, exploitation and harmful content remains a critical priority of mine.
