And thanks for giving us started off a good evening, everyone. Thank you for joining us tonight on my 13th town hall meeting since entering the Congress. I made a commitment to communicate with you on a monthly basis with MPORA just such as this, and I want to thank all of those who have called and written or emailed my office to provide their comments. And concerns and to provide input on my service here in ████████████████ on your behalf. Unfortunately, this year has gotten off to a rather difficult start. We see a chaos among our allies. We see that. In opposition to the president's proclamations and promises on inflation, that the cost of living and affordability, a crisis that Americans are facing, has not gone abate. In fact, they've been made worse by the president's policies, particularly as tariff policies, which have added hundreds and even thousands to the cost that American families face to roof over their head to feed their children, to get back and forth to work. We're very concerned about that. Certainly we were able, because of your cards and letters, to get the ACA premium tax credits at least pass through the House. We were joined by a handful of Republican colleagues to get that bill onto the floor, despite Speaker ███████'s opposition. And in the final analysis, we had some ██ Republicans join us. At the end of the day to restore the premium tax credits. That's the bright spot. it's now over to the senate and we have been waiting for the smoke if you will to rise from the smokestack there those negotiations have been embargoed if you will because they're very delicate and it is a problem if you are trying to negotiate outside of the confines of privacy and so we haven't
