The new Congress, which began on January 3, as well as the new administration, which started on January 20, just about a month ago. I'd like to start by acknowledging that many of you have reached out to me personally and to my office to express your concern about recent developments. You shared your concerns about the state of our government, the rule of law, the uncertainty.
