I may making cash offers I can close quickly, no contingencies. I just need to check out the property and make sure it's something that we're looking for. But anything single family, up to small, multifamily as is. Condition doesn't matter. If it's tenant occupied or owner occupied or has been vacant for the last five years, it doesn't matter. I want to give you a couple of options. If you press one, you can leave a voicemail with the address. Or if you have multiple properties, we can make of offers on multiple properties and any other information you'd like to give us. I've already recommended this to friends. It's a great service that is effective 98% of the time. The political campaign calls always sneak through, of course. But we're highly pleased with the service. It's nice to hear calls from telemarketers ring only ONCE.

I admire the design, I rely on its reliability, and I much appreciate the service it provides. Now, if the FCC would just expand this to the entire Do Not Call List!! Because their list is generally ignored by the aggravators & scammers, your technology and better/faster effort by FCC to add numbers to the list, would give America have an enforced system! FCC should have paid you an award 20 times greater for your devising a solution they could not. Many Thanks!
