I may making cash offers I can close quickly, no contingencies. I just need to check out the property and make sure it's something that we're looking for. But anything single family, up to small, multifamily as is. Condition doesn't matter. If it's tenant occupied or owner occupied or has been vacant for the last five years, it doesn't matter. I want to give you a couple of options. If you press one, you can leave a voicemail with the address. Or if you have multiple properties, we can make of offers on multiple properties and any other information you'd like to give us.
