Hi. This is Megan with TCA. This is just a quick courtesy call in regards to your Disney vacation club. I was just reaching out to you because of representing about 75 other owners from Illinois. Basically what's happened is there were some consumer rights violations that occurred about the same time that you all had purchased or upgraded back in 2016. Some violations that were mentioned by other owners were deceptive sales presentations and pushy representatives. They were told they could book any place they wanted, and there'd always be availability, even at sister resorts. And the resort told them when they were done with the timeshare that they could rent it out or give it back or resell it. But that hasn't been the case. Did you all experience anything like that.com?
