This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

I and my wife just love it. It rings once and bam there gone. Only one minor problem. I'm getting calls from the same caller over and over again. This in minor to me because it still blocks them an only rings once. I can't thank you enough. We installed the app just before election time, and let me tell you it blocked a lot of calls. It's a great program and certainly alleviates, to a degree, some of the pains of crank calls. I';m sure you are aware the fed " do not call "system seems to be broken because it does not handle these calls as it should. Good luck and thanks for being a group concerned with spam calls.

Nomorobo is great! I never realized how many of these robocalls I got until I was home all day for a couple of days, Within those two days I received 6 calls. Four of those calls were in one day. It was then that I decided to get Nomorobo. The system picks up the call and your phone only rings once. The call is then cut off. It's a great technology. If you are annoyed by robocalls this free service is the way to go.
