This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

It's great. It eliminates nearly all of the nuisance calls every day. Wait for the second ring before picking up. If you don't get the second ring you know the call was eliminated. A beautiful service with no catches.

I and my wife just love it. It rings once and bam there gone. Only one minor problem. I'm getting calls from the same caller over and over again.
