They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? I recommended it to a few relatives over Thanksgiving weekend. I am grateful to have Nomorobo to prevent so many annoying calls from coming thru! It took a while to get it installed on TWC, then another time period till I got any calls to screen. So glad I persevered with the help of Betty Lin-Fisher of Akron Beacon Journal. Some of my calls are stopped after 2 rings, rather than one - but that's great! I seldom get robo calls, but still report when I do. Thank you for coming up with this.

Its a great service, however it won't work on ATT land lines, I hope you can get that soon.
