This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while. I signed up, was told I was connected then told not connected. I emailed customer service was asked a couple of questions, then nothing and I am still getting all the telemarketer calls. Very frustrating.
