This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

Incredible. We smile, knowingly, when the phone rings ONCE (and one time, only) and the readout displays "Unknown Caller" or 800-***-****. Keep the server room nice and cool, 'cause "revenge is a dish best served cold..." :-)

I and my wife just love it. It rings once and bam there gone. Only one minor problem. I'm getting calls from the same caller over and over again. This in minor to me because it still blocks them an only rings once. I can't thank you enough. We installed the app just before election time, and let me tell you it blocked a lot of calls. An Excellent Product! It would be even better if the single ring were eliminated. That would be the best for total isolation from the annoying robot dialers.

It's great, we had it when we had Verizon for our phone and I have turned all my friends on to it. Now that I've moved I only get Comcast and can't get Norobo to work....nobody at Comcast will help me either. Can you please help me?

I'm so happy that someone finally figured out a way to block these calls, and it works amazingly well. We were being inundated by robocalls and it was so annoying, and now all we hear is a brief ring which we ignore unless it keeps ringing. Just fantastic, and a service I will be happy to pay for in the future. Thank you! I will say that I'm a little reluctant to recommend it to my mother and other non technical family members because I know I'll be called upon to set it up for them. It's not difficult, but it takes some effort. Well worth it though!
