And I've been working without a healthcare for ██ years. I also work on the bargaining committee and I also work on the labor management committee. All right. Thanks, █████. Now let's hear from. Sure thing. Thanks, ████. Hi everybody. I am █████ P. I have worked for Hope and Home in Fairfield for ██ years. Now. I'm a steward in the southern part of ████████. I handle both Help at Home and Addis. Yes, alongside our amazing organizer, ██████. I will say that again. I am also an executive board member. I sit on Addis and help at home bargaining committees as well as other ones as well. Thank you. Thank you both. And great to have you both here tonight, same time. And so let's start our conversation with some good news. We recently ratified our new contracts with three of the biggest private agencies. As I said before, And so we're on the bargaining. You were on the Biden committee for help at home, █████. How are you feeling about it? I'm excited. I cannot wait to get our increase added onto our check and get our back pay and have everybody take advantage of. The shift in pto stuff, everything. We'll get into that later. Great.
