I handle both Help at Home and Addis. Yes, alongside our amazing organizer, ██████. I will say that again. I am also an executive board member. And so let's start our conversation with some good news. We recently ratified our new contracts with three of the biggest private agencies. As I said before, And so we're on the bargaining. You were on the Biden committee for help at home, █████. How are you feeling about it? I'm excited. I cannot wait to get our increase added onto our check and get our back pay and have everybody take advantage of. The shift in pto stuff, everything. We'll get into that later. Great.
