Thank you and good evening everyone. Thank you for joining us tonight. As you heard, I'm Congresswoman ██████████████████ and it is the honor of a lifetime representing you and everyone across ████████'s 4th congressional district. In just a few moments, I'll start taking your questions. So if you want to ask a question, press Star three on your keypad at any point to enter the queue where you'll speak to someone from my team and share your question. So tonight marked my first Teletown hall since ████, and there is a lot to in ████ and there's a lot to discuss. But I have been out in the in the District, I have been communicating through my newsletter, through social media and so just a reminder, if you haven't already, please sign up for my newsletter. If you don't want to press Star six to do so, you can sign up that way or you can go to my website directly at █████████. It tells you all the other ways to follow the work that I am doing, either through the newsletter, through social media, through press releases, etc. So as a reminder this Congress, I joined the Energy and Commerce Committee, which is the oldest committee in the House with the broadest jurisdiction. It covers issues from health care to energy to communications and technology, environmental protections, trade, sports. The joke used to be if it moves, it's energy, if it doesn't, it's Commerce and the globe is that committee's jurisdiction. As a member of the committee, I sit on the Energy Subcommittee where I'm focused on meeting our energy demands affordably in a way that doesn't destroy our planet or our public health and safety in the process. I'm also on the Communications and Technology Subcommittee, where I focus on ensuring that the FCC is not weaponized to quash free speech or free press, that we are expanding broadband to the corners of the country that are not currently connected, and that we are meeting everyone's communication needs, from our students at school to our public safety professionals, and that we are addressing cybersecurity of our technology along the way. And for those of you who have students in college or at one of our schools that rely on canvas, you know that cybersecurity is a critically important issue as we see more sophisticated.
