It's in the Constitution and I think we need to protect those rights. And you know, folks talk about it's unfortunate when we have a tragedy, folks want to exploit that tragedy and go back to this issue. And so I want to assure you that in the Pennsylvania State Senate we do believe in the Second Amendment rights. We have a lot of work to do with mental health issues, and in the past couple of budgets we've provided over $███ million in mental health funding to our schools, counties and local communities. But I can assure you that we're working hard to protect our Second Amendment rights. And I do want to remind everyone that, you know, the Castle Doctrine was signed into law when I was in the House of Representatives and I also supported preemption legislation in the past to protect Second Amendment rights as well.
