And good evening, everybody, and thank you for joining us tonight for this important telephone call and regarding all the ways you can protect your personal information, fight fraud and stop scams. Now, I am joined on the line by ████████████████ from the Federal Trade Commission's Cleveland office, ███████ and ████ from the FBI's Healthcare and Complex Financial Crime Division, and ███████████ from the Office of Pennsylvania Attorney General. We thank you all for being here. Now, many of you on this call have likely received suspicious emails or texts over the years. And our office often receives calls from constituents who are incredibly concerned about scams and fraud. In some cases, they've even fallen victim to these deceptive messages. I can tell you, I've got these calls. My wife has got these calls. And I keep telling her, I said, vicki, please, this is a scam. This is a scam. Now, that's not putting my wife down or anybody. We're really, because of the type of people we want to help, people who are in trouble. And so when we hear that there's something going on, we want to help out.
