Hi, this is Congressman ██████████. I'm calling to invite you to join a live telephone town hall I'm holding right now. I want to give you a few updates on the most pressing issues facing our country and take some questions from you too. Just stay on the line to be connected. To ask a question, press Star three. If you need to get in touch with me, you can call my office at ████████████. The call will begin momentarily. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. This Access Live event is currently in progress. Please note that this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. Presumption that the service member will be approved and for too long our service members second Amendment rights to carry a firearm has been hampered by reluctant leadership and bureaucratic hurdles that they put our soldiers and military personnel through. And I've heard from active duty and veterans here in Colorado's 5th district on the need for this change, which is why I'm proud to have introduced this important piece of legislation. If you're just now joining us, like to ask a question on this call, please just press Star three. I also just want to talk a little bit about the cost of living. And I know that that is something at the top of most Coloradans minds. It's at the top of many Americans minds and certainly at the top of mine as well. When I was first sworn into Congress, the ████████████ administration had given us 9% inflation a year. 9%. Republicans have been working hard to bring that number down and we're under 3% now. So we're making progress on that. We also voted, by the way, for the largest tax cut in the history of ███████ in the Working Families Tax Cut Act. We're also going to continue to find ways to get Washington out of your lives and put more money in the pockets hard working families. And we're working every day to do that. That also includes affordable housing. We have to be able to access affordable housing. And it's certainly an issue on the top of mind in our community. You know, I live in ████████████████. I'm home about every single weekend when I'm not back here in ███████████████ and you know, we're working in Congress to make the American dream of owning a home more attainable in ████████ and across the country. And that's why I was proud to have voted for the 21st century road to Housing act which became law earlier this week. And I was very happy to see that the law, that law rolls back regulations on building homes that are raising the cost of housing. It expands the national housing supply, and it promotes affordability. Some of these reforms include reducing regulatory costs associated with manufactured homes and improving veterans access to housing assistance. So as a lot of, you know, the construction and.
