Your air travel and then what Congress is doing right now. And let me give those two a shot. First on air travel, to me the easiest and most simple thing to be done right away is for seven or eight senators to cross the aisle and join with ████ Republicans to fund the status quo government. That there are things that we will always fight about between Republicans and Democrats, but there is a heck of a lot more things that we totally agree on. A lot of that are the funding of air traffic controllers is the research at Brookhaven National Lab. It is the minimum funding for our food banks. We Republicans, Democrats agree on all of that. So I would tell you the first thing that should be done is █████████████ should release eight Democrat senators to vote for the funding bill. Now Republicans control the House, the Senate, the White House. But you need ██ votes in the Senate to pass a funding bill like this. So we need at least seven or eight senators to cross the aisle. And a lot of this angst, a lot of this stress would be relieved if eight senators crossed the aisle to do so. To your second question about what Congress is doing, you know I happen to be in ██████████ right now, but you know, I've been at home for the better part of the last week. And my view is the House did its job on ██████████████. ██% of House Republicans voted for a clean CR, clean continuing resolution. And that's Washington speak for a funding bill. And this funding bill like the eight before it during last Congress under President █████, no gimmicks, no partisan riders, no tricks, no poison pills, no cuts. The bill merely says that we will continue status quo funding, giving us more time to negotiate on everything else. So on what we can be doing, I'm going to tell you, sir, that this is right now on █████████████ and Senate Democrats. The bill is on their floor they voted for five or six times. It's failed with only, I think it's ██ votes each of those five or six times. And I think the real issue right now is politics. Right now, the bill that █████████████ is blocking, the bill that he is filibustering, is the same bill he voted on back in March. And what has changed since then is the amount of political pressure he has received from his own party as a result of facilitating the status quo budget under President █████. I get it that some Americans, even some of my constituents, aren't big fans of the president. I get it. This is a democracy. It's a constitutional republic. People get to have their opinions on their elected officials. But right now, what the Democrat Party, or at least the wing, one wing of the Democrat Party is doing is they're saying oppose him on everything, everywhere and to defund the government just because he's the president and we've enacted other policies that have nothing to do with status quo funding, I think is unfair. And what █████████████ is doing right now is political. Right now, he's playing to his base. He's playing to AOC and ███████, who are becoming a.
