So thank you for that. Let me also move forward here. I mentioned the government shutdown. I also want you to know that during that process, I did not take a paycheck. I thought it was wrong for members of Congress to get paid while people across the country were suffering. People weren't getting their pay, getting their benefits. We're losing services. And so we told the Secretary of the Senate not to pay me. And I want you to know that in addition to that, I've sponsored legislation, no budget, no Pay act, which would permanently prohibit members of Congress from getting paid if there's a government shutdown. I also want to permanently make sure our military get paid. And that's why I supported the Pay Our Military Act. I want to make sure that no SNAP funding is cut. So we tried to fund that, but this is ridiculous, frankly, folks, that the government keeps shutting down every time somebody throws a fit. It shouldn't happen.
