I wanted to give you a few updates from Congress and take some questions from you. Now this is a live and interactive event, so all you have to do is just stay on the line and you'll be connected. And I want to make sure that I am here first and foremost to say thank you for your support and most importantly, to answer your questions. We try to do these town halls in different formats. Oftentimes they are in person. In fact, I was just in ███████████████, which I also represent the city of ██████ where I did an in person town hall and answer questions. I also do talk town halls in this telephone format which actually allow us to reach thousands of people per town hall, which is really great. And then of course we do in person town halls across the communities represent whether that's ██████████ to ██████, it's across cities of █████████████████████. And we're always, for us, always important to talk to our residents first and foremost. And so just thank you again for being here.
