Getting your landline protected is easy. Create a Nomorobo account, select Internet / VoIP landline, and choose your phone provider. Then follow the instructions to enable Simultaneous Ring through your provider. Setup typically takes about five minutes. Once setup is complete, make the test call and you're ready to go.

1How much does Landline Protection cost?
Landline Protection costs $39.99 per year for one phone line. Multi-line bundles are also available if you need to protect more than one line.
2I used Nomorobo before. How do I turn my protection back on?
Maybe not. For many former customers, the original Simultaneous Ring configuration may still be in place. Log in to your Nomorobo account, reactivate Landline Log in using the email address you previously used with Nomorobo, select Landline Protection for your phone number, complete your subscription, and make the test call from your dashboard. For many former customers, the original Simultaneous Ring setup may still be configured, so getting protected again can take just a few minutes.
3What if I changed phone companies?
Log in to your Nomorobo account and update your phone provider. Nomorobo will provide the appropriate setup instructions for your current provider and let you know whether the service is supported.
4Does Verizon FiOS still work with Nomorobo?
Yes. Verizon FiOS supports Simultaneous Ring. However, the previous one-click setup is no longer available, so you'll need to follow the current setup instructions provided by Nomorobo.
5I'm a new customer. How do I set up Landline Protection?
Create a Nomorobo account, select Internet / VoIP landline, and choose your phone provider. Follow the instructions to enable Simultaneous Ring, then make the test call to confirm everything is working.
6Does Nomorobo work with traditional copper landlines?
Nomorobo requires a phone service that supports Simultaneous Ring. Most supported VoIP and digital voice services offer this feature, while traditional copper landlines generally do not.
7How does Nomorobo block robocalls on my landline?
When someone calls, your home phone and Nomorobo ring at the same time through Simultaneous Ring. Nomorobo checks the caller against its database of known robocallers. Known unwanted calls are answered and disconnected, while legitimate calls continue ringing normally.
8Can I protect multiple landlines?
Yes. Multi-line bundles are available for customers who need to protect several phone lines, including households, offices and property managers. Each line receives the same Nomorobo protection.
