Held during the July 8th dart board meeting, which starts at 6pm after your feedback is received and analyzed, the DART board will vote on the potential changes at a board meeting in August. If approved, most of these changes will be implemented in January 2026. Before we get started, I would like to share with you a key factors that are necessitating the change DARP to plan for potential service and fare changes in March 2025, the DARP board approved a new general mobility program called the GMP. The GMP is a proposed initiative that would redistribute 5% of the agency's annual sales tax revenue among seven eligible member cities for a period of two years. Additionally, through engagement with our cities on their strategic mobility initiatives, we have received requests for new services that are currently not funded. Finally, we are facing general inflationary pressures and the addition of the Silverline service that must be addressed in the upcoming budget to accommodate the cost of the gmp, the city service request service reductions for all modes of transportation and changes to fares may be necessary. The service changes discussed today represent a menu of options and are a worst case scenario. As you hear the potential changes, think about how they will impact you, your family, friends and neighbors. Joining me today are Hans Michael Ruda, Director of Service planning, and Patrick McCurley, director of fare Policy and Revenue Administration. Remember to make a comment or ask a question, press 0 on your keypad and you'll be transferred to an operator who will receive some basic information and place you in the queue. At this time, I'd like to welcome our Director, Service Planning, Hans Michael Ruda. Thank you, Jamie Good afternoon everyone. My name is Hans Michael Ruda and I am Dart with Dart Service Planning Department. I will present the potential changes that Ms. Molina mentioned to meet the budgeting requirements. These potential changes were not chosen easily. We identified underperforming services that had a nearby alternative to reduce impact on riders. We also tried to limit the proposed reductions to peak periods where ridership has remained low in the post pandemic era, while maintaining current hours of operation and minimizing impacts to riders. The following routes could be potentially discontinued Route 209 serving north central Dallas along the McKinney Cole corridor. Alternative services nearby include DART rail Park City's Golink, Route 105 or the M Line trolley Route 225 serving East Central Irving along the Nursery corridor. Alternative service is the North Central Irving serving Golink zone. Route 234 serving Plano along the Parker Road corridor. Alternative service includes the proposed citywide Plano Golink. Some more potential bus discontinuations include Route 242 serving Walnut Hill east of U.S. 75 in northeast Dallas. Alternate service is available via the Lake Highland.

Just last week, 8,278 people got Nomorobo protection!

Great! I work at home and dealing with telemarketing calls was so annoying. Not anymore thanks to Nomorobo!

Love it! I keep my landline since I have had it 30 Years and those robo calls are so annoying. I put nomorobo on my 83 year old mothers phone and now she no longer gets upset when she answers the phone. We all know that when the phone rings it will only ring once the majority of the time

While a few of these pests still persist, Nomorobo has made a big difference in our household. Thank You So Very Much!

Great for those calls that it actually stops coming through; but, more and more have obviously figured out how to avoid "nomorobo".
— Alex M, Nov 29th, 10:22am

I love the fact that when my phone rings once I know Nomorobo is on the job and that puts a smile on my face.
— Philip P, Nov 29th, 11:00am

— Rita J, Nov 29th, 11:08am
Perfect answer to those annoying phone calls that come at the most inconvenient times! Interesting that since I have had this service for nearly a year the number of calls have dropped off over the pat few months. Robocallers must be getting the message!

I was never able to install Nomorobo with my Comcast provider. I communicated with both your tech support, and Comcast's, but no one could give me a solution.
