Thanks to everyone for joining us tonight. Thanks to my two incredible colleagues, Congresswoman █████████████████████ and Congresswoman ███████████████, two incredible advocates for their districts for the state of ██████████, who I'm incredibly proud to serve alongside and to be in this work with. You know, listen, it's been a difficult ██ months, and the last several days and weeks have been especially difficult for so many while we continue to watch what's happening in █████████. Just yesterday there was an ice incident in our district in ██████ and ███████ that just really raised the awareness of what is happening in all of our communities and why this work is so important and why the three of us have been on the front line of this work not just for the last ██ months, but since we've all joined together in office to represent this great state. We know that these are unprecedented times. The threats to our communities, the threats to our neighbors, to our families, is real and present every single day. We wear that responsibility. We feel that weight in the work that we do. We are not just pursuing traditional legislative means of reigning in this administration, but going beyond that and our ability to conduct oversight, which is what you saw outside Delaney hall, inside Delaney hall and Elizabeth Detention center, what you saw in our ability to go to █████████ to do a field hearing, the trainings that we've done the last several months to make sure that our community members have the information and knowledge that they need to feel as safe as they can in these extremely difficult times. I believe all three of us have been or were original co sponsors on the articles of impeachment against Secretary ████ because she is one of the people directly responsible for all the harm that is being done to our communities. And so we know These are challenging times. You know, we hold our neighbors close, and we understand the fears that they go to sleep with and wake up with. And that's what drives our work every single day. And why we wanted to have this town hall so you can hear from us and the work that we're doing, and so we can hear from you and answer any questions that you have.
