This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

Great! We love to hear the 'no-mo-robo' sound of one, single ring. It makes us smile all over. If a call is not a nomorobo call, we wait until just after the third ring, picking up the receiver just before the fourth ring. Any unwanted callers usually hang up before the fourth ring.
