Just last week, 8,254 people got Nomorobo protection!
It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected. Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.
— Saul J, Nov 29th, 10:01amWorks great ! Now just find a way to include the political calls before 2016 and I will be in heaven!
— Rich S, Nov 29th, 11:05amworks great, keeps the pests at bay.
— Stephen W, Nov 29th, 1:02pmI LOVE it!! Thank you sooooomuch!
— Beverly D, Nov 29th, 1:41pmIt helps!
— Mike, Nov 29th, 1:42pmI tell all my family and friends! It really works!!
— Serena N, Nov 29th, 3:10pmIt's a relief to hear the phone stop after just one ring. When I estimate that I get dozens of these calls every week, I'm not exaggerating. Thank you, NOMOROBO!
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 3:19pmNomorobo does an excellent job for identified numbers, and I've already recommended it to many friends. However, callers are increasingly using phone number spoofing (e.g. three calls I've received: 2-773-465-4943; a completely blank caller ID; and ID apparently from my own phone number). Would it be feasible to block "impossible" numbers, calls from the user's own phone number (if that doesn't block self-test) and completely blank ID numbers? THANK YOU for this service!
