IT SUCKS !!!! I signed up for it and found that the phone ringing one time was more annoying than allowing it to ring until I answer it. Once I answer the phone, I have the opportunity to waste their time by playing along with them for up to 20 minutes before they catch on. I love this service!! It works about 90% of the time so really good! I am glad it finally works with Xfinity.
