I'm so happy that someone finally figured out a way to block these calls, and it works amazingly well. We were being inundated by robocalls and it was so annoying, and now all we hear is a brief ring which we ignore unless it keeps ringing. I will say that I'm a little reluctant to recommend it to my mother and other non technical family members because I know I'll be called upon to set it up for them.
