I'm calling because the updated plan for Medicare has been released, and it may give you some better access to things like dental vision, hearing and OvertheCounter benefits. Now, these benefits aren't automatically given, so we're calling to make sure that you're actually getting everything that you're entitled to. There's also an additional benefit where you may qualify to get up to $148 a month as cash back through your Social Security, depending on your income. Now, I believe you do have Medicare Part A and B, correct? That's awesome. Okay, this is all the information that I needed from my side to check your eligibility. And it does look like you qualify. This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?
