I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments

You guys are GREAT!!!!!! We are so HAPPY of all the damn, stupid calls we have blocked now, with your service. We will NEVER leave you. A few calls still get through because they are using fake IDs, but we get far fewer calls. Love the one ring and then silence notice that a call has been blocked.
