it helps but the fact that my phone still rings once can be annoying late at night. Also MANY calls are still coming thru> The stupid cable company ( Time Warner) ALLOWS unidentified calls even tho I have blocked them as they consider " name unavailable" to be an identity!!!!!thnx for all you are doing to try to knock off this nonsense! I did not have this kind of trouble with phone calls until we switched to Time Warner!! and yet we pay $2 to be unlisted..... what a waste!

Great for those calls that it actually stops coming through; but, more and more have obviously figured out how to avoid "nomorobo".

This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while. Want it to stop the dreaded "1" call. That is all that appears on my caller ID, ATT cannot stop it. HELP

It's a problem that gets worse every year...but a new website promises to change all that.
