I absolutely love it. It's still annoying to get one ring, but it's so much better than having to get up to answer it. I didn't have any trouble setting it up, but some might be intimidated by the multiple steps.

Wonderful App. I appreciate that when my phone rings once and stops, Nomorobo has zapped another unwanted call. When one does get through, I place it on the Nomorobo list and never get it again.THANKS!!

I have Time Warner Digital Phone and several friends, also TWC Digital Phone subscribers, had a problem calling me. They said my phone would ring once or twice and then hangup. I had to disable Nomorobo. I was very pleased with Nomorobo and would activate again if you could resolve my TWC issue.

I think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.

This is the best that happened to us to block these crazy and threatening calls."No caller list" was useless. You are doing a tremendous job of blocking unwanted scammer's calls, specially for us seniors. we cannot thank you enough. Good, but still too many calls come thru to my home phone. And during election season its overwhelming. You have to tighten up/expand your blocking filters.

It works as described and eliminates robo calls but not not necessary automated calls like some appointment reminders and alerts from my town.
