Hello, this is Congresswoman Luz Rivas, representative for California's 29th congressional district in the San Fernando Valley. Thank you for joining me for my first telephone town hall. I look forward to hosting several telephone town halls throughout the year to keep you updated with my work fighting for you while I'm here in Washington, D.C. this evening, we are honored to be joined by California Attorney General Rob Bonta, who has been a leader at the state level in holding President Trump accountable and and putting a stop to Elon Musk's power grab. If you would like to ask us a question during this call, please Press Star three. Last night we heard President Trump's vision for our country. It was the longest joint session speech in our country's history. With all that time, I hope the President would have laid out tangible steps that would address the issues and pains that many Americans are experiencing today, including the high cost of living, a clear pathway to citizenship for dreamers, DACA recipients and TPS holders, and a plan to address the climate crisis. However, we didn't hear that. What we heard from the President was an incoherent mess that shows he and his administration are only here by.

This is the greatest invention. We have had many "one ring" calls since we signed up for nomorobo and it even keep annoying political callers from getting through (we could see who was calling on our Caller ID ). I work from home and my clients are all across the country. I used to be in fear of picking up a call only to have it be a robocall! Since robocall has been on my phone these call rarely get through now and I can be assured that my clients will get excellent service. I would have to say about 90% of the calls I get in a day are robocalls. I have and continue to recommend to everyone who has stopped answering their phones because of these nuisance call to add nomorobo!
