Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

Fabulous!! Much better than the "do not call registry" from the FCC. If I receive an unwanted call, I just put the number in at the web site and it is taken care of. No more pesky people disturbing me at dinner time or the rest of my day. Keep up the GREAT work!!

I think it is fantastic and it has quietened the phone calls almost to nothing even during the election. Congratulations on a great tool for stopping mid-meal, mid-viewing extremely annoying robocalls. Combined with my 'no call" list peace reigns !! This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while.
