They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? But only if we go to the phone and examine the caller and number? We still gotta go to the phone, right? Why can't somebody just intersept those calls and stop the ringing?Somebody did?! I am so, so grateful to Nomorobo. You have restored peace and tranquility to my household. My wife and I have different phone lines, and she works from home. My phone used to ring all day long with unwanted calls and it was annoying to her. When I came home in the evening our dinners would invariably be interrupted by unwanted calls. Now I hear a short burst of a ring, and I smile and think, another frustrated spam call. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Where can I donate to your costs?

I recommended it to a few relatives over Thanksgiving weekend. I am grateful to have Nomorobo to prevent so many annoying calls from coming thru! It took a while to get it installed on TWC, then another time period till I got any calls to screen. So glad I persevered with the help of Betty Lin-Fisher of Akron Beacon Journal. Some of my calls are stopped after 2 rings, rather than one - but that's great! I seldom get robo calls, but still report when I do. Thank you for coming up with this.
