- Transcript Hi, good day. Am I speaking with John? Thank you for answering the call. By the way, my name is Hannah and I'm just calling to confirm if you are receiving the updated Medicare food card and flex card for this year. Sorry, we will remove you from our list. Great question. A food or flex card is an additional allowance for your Medicare food and flex card that can help pay for your groceries and a debit card that helps you pay for your water, electricity and gas bills. It can even help increase your dental, vision, hearing, transportation and over the counter coverage. In addition to that, you can use it towards rent for your house or apartment. Would you like me to connect you to an agent to see if you qualify? Great question. Just last week, 8,253 people got Nomorobo protection!

I am more than likely to recommend Nomorobo to my friends - I have already done it. They like it as much as I do. I have to admit I was skeptical at first especially after the general failure of the Do Not Call list. Nomorobo works great. Since the product works so well I wonder if statistics are kept as to the origins of the calls. If so, can that information be shared with the FCC and other government agencies so maybe some of the offenders can be shut down.

This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

Nomorobo is a terrific product --- says what it does and does what it says. I'm delighted with the results and have recommended it to several friends and family members. The only thing that could possibly make it better would be if that single ring could be eliminated although I realize that might not be technologically possible. Plus then I'd miss out on the immediate satisfaction of knowing that another phone scammer had the electronic door slammed in their face. :-)

I love it. We don't get those annoying robo silent calls anymore.

This service has made a difference in my life. A lot of unwanted calls aren't coming through.

Overall good service. Would be better if four-digit Caller ID numbers could be blocked. Would be much better if the phone didn't ring at all on a blocked caller, instead of allowing one ring.
