It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.

Absolutely fantastic !!! If you are looking to make improvements, see if you can prevent calls prior to the first ring! Otherwise, I cannot see how you can make improvements. Best suggestion that I have had in a very long time.

We signed up for Nomorobo on our 2 landlines as soon as it became available to us, which was a little over a year ago. We cannot thank you enough for making our home robocall-free. We absolutely love the service. Every once in a while, a robocall gets through, but that is rare. On 2 phone lines for more than a year I think maybe a few calls got through. We are totally satisfied with Nomorobo and I have recommended it to others. I am looking forward to the day when this service is available on cell phones. It's a problem that gets worse every year...but a new website promises to change all that.
