Just last week, 8,253 people got Nomorobo protection!
It's great we have very few calls than get by the system.
— Ron, Nov 29th, 9:18amHas made my entire day more enjoyable, especially dinner time.
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 9:42amIt's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected. Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.
— Saul J, Nov 29th, 10:01amOverall good service. Would be better if four-digit Caller ID numbers could be blocked. Would be much better if the phone didn't ring at all on a blocked caller, instead of allowing one ring.
— Connie A, Nov 29th, 10:04amI an on the do not call list, but it hasn't stopped the robos. Why don't you turn these people in to the do not call list and reap the fines for yourself??? If you need my permission, you have it.
— James M, Nov 29th, 10:05amSeems to work great! the calls we want come through, the rest get blocked after displaying the number on our FIOS TV screen.
— Thomas, Nov 29th, 10:32amNomorobo has been a blessing in our house where we watch 2 young boys. One ring and gone, no chasing the phone instead of the boys.Only issue is some other Time Warner Customers hear only one ring at their end and assume they lost a connection. The phone in our house keeps on ringing. Regular callers have been informed of this issue and they wait us out.
— Francis H, Nov 29th, 10:32amNot only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. I'd be completely happy to pay for the service to make sure it stays online, yet they refused when I offered. Amazing.
