- Transcript Hi, this is Congressman Mark Harris. I'm calling to invite you to join my telephone town hall taking place in just a few moments. Please just stay on the line and you will be automatically connected. If you have any questions after the event or if I can assist you in any way, please call my office at 202-225-1976. Be added to our do not call list, please press 9 now. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. This Access Live event is currently in progress. Please note this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. If you would like to ask a question during today's event, press star three on your telephone keypad at any time. Our attention to what's known as budget reconciliation, you're going to hear a lot about that in the weeks ahead. And this process will allow us to do two very important things. One, and we campaigned on it, extending the tax cuts that are so important to keep our economy strong. And secondly, to make some real reforms to get rid of waste and fraud and just stop the runaway spending that's threatening to bankrupt our children and our grandchildren. But I'm not only here to vote and introduce bills in Congress on behalf of the District, I'm also serving in Congress to advocate for you when it comes to navigating the waters of all the various federal agencies. And I realize there's a bunch of them. For far too long, it seems that the bureaucracy in the federal government has been overlooking the needs of people growing more and more complacent with every passing year. Now, if you've ever been on an hours long hold with the irs, or waited to get into the VA for health care, or been unable to secure your Social Security benefits, or been passed around to various bureaucrats at another federal agency who seemed either unable or unwilling to help, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. And that's why I'm so pleased to have not only my team here in Washington, but also our two district offices. We have one in Monroe and a second one in Laurenberg so that as my teams work together, we can serve across this district that runs all the way from Charlotte to Lumberton, North Carolina. And they've been hard at work to help you cut through all that red tape and make sure that you get answers from those government agencies. In fact, I was so excited to learn just this past week.

Just last week, 8,262 people got Nomorobo protection!

I love it! I don't have to stop what I'm doing or get up from my chair when eating. This is fabulous and I just sent around your email to friends and family. If they are as smart as I think they are they will be signing up shortly.

This is great! Really decreased those annoying Robo calls on my home phone. The do not call list is useless.

Its a great service, however it won't work on ATT land lines, I hope you can get that soon.
— Ray, Nov 29th, 11:51am
Fantastic! Diverts and shuts down 95% of robocalls and similar blacklisted callers.

I admire the design, I rely on its reliability, and I much appreciate the service it provides. Now, if the FCC would just expand this to the entire Do Not Call List!! Because their list is generally ignored by the aggravators & scammers, your technology and better/faster effort by FCC to add numbers to the list, would give America have an enforced system! FCC should have paid you an award 20 times greater for your devising a solution they could not. Many Thanks!

The best blocking service available. Hope our cell phone carrier will get with the program. Thanks for your service.

It's great. It doesn't catch everything, but it certainly does catch it's share. I am sure that you will improve as time goes on and I intend to continue to use it. I have recommended to many people.
