Good at blocking some calls, but most still get through by using "Private" to identify caller; calls from Medi Alerts are our biggest offenders.

This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while. It has worked great for us. It fits well with our FIOS voice phone. Occasionally a call gets through usually from a "majicjack number. That can be checked with http://www.phonevalidator.com and a complaint lodged at http://www.ymaxcorp.com/contact.html.
