- Transcript Hello Please listen carefully this is truly a final attempt to reach you regarding your federal student loan being serviced by Nell net Navea or similar consolidation servicers because our secretary of education is trying to dismantle the forgiveness program and is looking to begin NASA no wage and tax garnishments to retrieve funds Naveen is still being sued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for leading borrowers who struggle with their monthly payments towards forbearance and away from the Department of Education's forgiveness program the government has mandated that all 3rd party loan servicers notify their clients for the final time of the government forgiveness programs available through the Department of Education your servicer does not directly offer forgiveness programs and if failed to notify its clients this call is being made for compliance reasons for eligibility press 5 if you have your F.S.A. ID or press 7 if you need help retrieving it thank you.

It works well to bad it did not pick up election calls. There are also donation calls that slip through. Over all I would not ant to give it up.
