IT SUCKS !!!! I signed up for it and found that the phone ringing one time was more annoying than allowing it to ring until I answer it. Once I answer the phone, I have the opportunity to waste their time by playing along with them for up to 20 minutes before they catch on. It works extremely well. Now and then I report a robo call that was missed.That reporting feature works well also. It's all very good and my family loves the fact that unwanted computer generated calls no longer bother us. Actually it helps cut down the robo calls because apparently many of the robo callers give up calling as time goes by.
